Plant Prep for the Apocalypse or Some Idealistic Vision of the Future

In the first installment of the Herbs for the Apocalypse Reel, Sarah Russo visits with the esteemed herbalist and botanical artist Katy Able. They discuss the list of plant allies for being stranded on a desert island and alternatives to herbs that are in short supply due to COVID19 lockdown. Included is an herbal recipe for an aloe-based hand sanitizer. A great resource for anyone who may need a botanical pick me up.
