Ep 361: Is There a Jezebel Spirit—or Just a Rebellious Woman?

The name Jezebel has become synonymous with wickedness and rebellion—but what does the Bible actually say about this infamous queen?

In this episode, we're taking a closer look at Jezebel, the wife of King Ahab, whose influence helped lead Israel deeper into idolatry and evil. We'll explore her story in the books of Kings, consider the legacy she left behind, and examine why Jesus referenced a woman called "Jezebel" in His message to the church in Revelation.

But there's another question we need to address: Is there really such a thing as a "Jezebel spirit"? What does Scripture teach, and are some of the claims we hear today actually biblical?

Join me as we look beyond the label, examine the passages for ourselves, and discover what Jezebel's story can teach us about spiritual rebellion, false teaching, and the importance of remaining faithful to God's Word.
