Can You Obey God When You Think He’s Wrong? Hearing God’s Voice, Luke 5:1-11
Can You Obey God When You Think He’s Wrong? Hearing God’s Voice in Luke 5:1-11 Peter had fished all night and caught nothing. Then Jesus told him to go back out at the worst possible time of day. Today in our daily Bible study we’re starting Luke 5, where Jesus begins calling His disciples. What strikes me about Peter is that he doesn’t believe it’s going to work, he says so out loud, and he lets the nets down anyway. If you’re waiting to feel sure before you obey, this one is for you, because trusting God rarely starts with certainty. Join me on an immersive Bible Study Experience.
