How Do I Trust God When He Doesn't Act Quickly? (Psalm 75) | Daily Devotional & Bible Study

Today we look at Psalm 75 and how God steps in on behalf of His people. When we pray for God to act fast and He doesn't, frustration can settle in. This psalm helps us trust God's justice and His timing, even when it is slower than we would like. "But God is the Judge; He puts down one and exalts another." (Psalm 75:7) Questions this episode answers What does Psalm 75 teach about God's justice? Psalm 75 says God chooses the right time to judge with fairness. He is the one who brings down and lifts up. His justice is certain, even if it is not immediate. Why doesn't God act right away when I pray? Scripture shows that God's timing is often different from ours. He sees the whole picture and works for good purposes we may not understand yet. Waiting can grow our trust and character. How can I handle frustration while waiting on God? Tell God how you feel, the way the psalmists did. Remind yourself that He is the Judge and He has not forgotten. Keep doing what is right while you wait.
