What Does It Mean That Jesus Is the Light of the World? (John 8:12-30) | Daily Devotional & Bible Study

Today we look at John 8:12-30, where Jesus says He is the Light of the world. We talk about following Him for relationship, not quick answers, and what it looks like to live in His light when it exposes hard truths or others do not understand. My hope is that your faith becomes more personal, shaped by knowing Jesus and hearing His voice in everyday choices. "Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, 'I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.'" (John 8:12) Questions this episode answers What did Jesus mean when He said 'I am the Light of the world'? Jesus was saying that He reveals the truth about God and shows us the way to live. Without Him we walk in darkness. Following Him gives us the light of life. What does it mean to walk in the light?
