DAY 8: Genesis 3:1-7: Test, Temptation, or Timing? (2025)

DAY 8: Genesis 3:1-7: Test, Temptation, or Timing? (2025) In today’s episode, we explore the story of the fall, focusing on how the serpent manipulates Eve by twisting God’s words and preying on her misunderstanding. We see Eve’s desire for independence lead her and Adam to step outside of God’s perfect timing, complicating His original design. This passage highlights the importance of knowing God’s Word, trusting His timing, and being aware of the enemy’s subtle schemes. Even in this moment of brokenness, God’s love and grace remain constant, inviting us to return to Him. ☆ GET THE JOURNALING WORKBOOK HERE ☆ : patreon.com/HearingJesus _______________________________________ Show Sponsor Partnership Information: ☆Get 25% OFF your subscription to DWELL DWELLBIBLE.COM/HEARINGJESUS ☆Teach English and Earn Your Master’s Degree: ELIC.ORG/HEARINGJESUS ☆To Sponsor a child through Compassion International ➤ Compassion.com/hearingjesus Or text HEARINGJESUS to 83393 ☆Get 40% off with your subscription at EARTHBREEZE.COM/HEARINGJESUS _______________________________________ If you would like to give to Hearing Jesus and financially support the podcast, you can do so here ! ➤ Give Here ________________________________________ Connect further with us !
