684// Awake or Asleep? The Call to Stand with Christ in Mark 14: 32-52 In this episode, we are studying the powerful scene in Gethsemane, where Jesus faces intense sorrow and anguish. As the reality of His sacrifice looms closer, Jesus prays fervently, wrestling with the cup He must bear. We explore how Jesus’ humanity shines through His request to “take this cup,” yet ultimately surrenders with the words, “Not my will, but yours be done.” Alongside this, we witness the disciples’ struggle to stay awake, a reminder of our own human frailty and need for spiritual vigilance. This journey through Gethsemane reveals profound insights into obedience, surrender, and how to stay faithful in the darkest moments. ☆ SUBSCRIBE TO OUR PATREON ☆ : patreon.com/HearingJesus ____________________________________________ Show Sponsor Partnership Information: ☆Get 10 FREE meals at HelloFresh.com/FREEHEARINGJESUS Applied across 7 boxes, new subscribers only, varies by plan.
