• Water Resets: Visualize a nightly shower washing away the day's heavy residue from the top of your head down to your toes. Wash your hands or face with cold water after a draining interaction.
• Grounding: Stand barefoot outside, or imagine roots extending from your feet into the earth to stabilize your energy field.
• Breath and Visualization: Practice box breathing while picturing an impenetrable, protective bubble of light surrounding your body.
• Smoke and Sound: Clear heavy spaces or objects using safe incense, smoke cleansing, or a singing bowl.

Maintaining Healthy Boundaries

• Limit Energy Leaks: Recognize when you are absorbing others' stress or burnout, and consciously say no to unwanted interactions or environments.
