This photo takes us back to a beautiful moment before Aloka’s surgery—when he looked every bit like a true guardian of the journey. With his badge proudly in place, standing beside the venerable monks, he carried himself with confidence, as if he had been entrusted with an important mission. On those long days on the road, Aloka wasn’t just walking—he was watching, protecting, and lifting spirits. His presence brought a sense of safety, warmth, and quiet joy to everyone around him. With each step and every gentle tail wag, he reminded us that peace can be protected not by force, but by love and loyalty. Our beloved “Sheriff of Peace” wore that badge with honor. We look forward to the day he proudly wears it again and returns to the path he knows so well. May you and all beings be well, happy, and at peace. 🙏
