• Reflection:Reflection involves pausing to consider one's thoughts, feelings, and actions, allowing for deeper self-awareness and personal growth
• Growth:Growth encompasses personal development, learning from experiences, and evolving into a stronger and more resilient version of oneself. It's an ongoing process of self-discovery and transformation.
