RGF Ep. 289: The Hidden Reason Partnerships Fail

Hey Heal Squad! It’s Friday, we fooled them again, and somehow made it through another week. It’s another RGF Heal Squad Weekend Edition as we hang onto the last feelings of summer. We talk purpose, why we all need something to look forward to, and why sometimes the best thing you can do is simply show up, do your best, and stay present. We talk about leadership when everything around you is falling apart, why the calmest person in the room can change everything, and an important RGF lesson: before you partner with anyone, understand what their true end goal is. If your intentions don’t align, you may spend your entire relationship taking two steps forward and three steps back. We talk Mercedes Moné making wrestling history, NASCAR Europe, Michael Jordan, propane disasters, poison ivy, fire-extinguisher-seasoned sausages, and why Kev retiring to play pickleball would somehow end with him running a national league. Find some purpose, give yourself something to look forward to, stay calm in the chaos, and remember why we’re here: help each other, learn from our mistakes, and have a few laughs along the way. Happy Friday. We’ll Talk Shawtly!
