499. Heal & Take Your Power Back Through Comedy w/ Andy Richter

You may know Andy Richter as Conan O’Brien’s trusty, hilarious sidekick on Late Night with Conan O’Brien or for his role in box-office hit Talladega Nights, but today we see a more vulnerable side of the writer & comedian as he opens up about life after Conan, working in this uber-competitive industry & his mental health journey. He shares career advice for youngsters entering the entertainment world & his secret to maintaining a positive mindset in a business full of rejection and instability, plus shares the one character trait he sees in all good comedy. This interview is full of life and career advice, especially for budding writers, so be sure to give it a listen. We hope you enjoy!
