Desconectar y descansar es MUY importante para la cabeza, para el cuerpo, para todo .... pero si hablamos de los idiomas, cuidado con desconectar al 100% durante un largo periodo de tiempo , porque como ya te he dicho en otras ocasiones, los idiomas no son como andar en bici, los idiomas se olvidan. Pero, no es incompatible descansar y disfrutar, con aprender.
