Ep. 1078 – Healing, Art, and Spiritual Lessons from a Former Ballet Dancer with Chris Nielsen

“When you write something, when you compose something, when you paint something it’s such a deep inner process for the creator himself or herself that I think it's always a process of working with your own being and discovering things about your own being, and healing some issues in yourself.” – Chris Nielsen

Today’s featured bestselling bookcaster is a mom, wife, trained past life regression practitioner, former classical ballet dancer, and cultural communications specialist, Chris Nielsen. Chris and I had a chat about her first book, “Being Pyotr Ilyich: Tchaikovsky’s Inner Life, Revealed by Himself 130 Years Later”, her transformative healing journey through past life regression therapy, and more!

Key Things You’ll Learn:

What inspired Chris to write her book, and the extensive process of getting it published

How she began studying past life regression therapy as a way to heal her own emotional blockages

How we unconsciously adopt behaviors and beliefs from family and society without questioning if they are truly ours
