Key Takeaways:

Avoid the trap of “same person different face”.

Life is too short to tolerate a toxic relationship.

Trauma stays stored in the body and the brain until you become aware of it.

Childhood trauma is generational and is known for being around for at least 3 generations.

Some people lie too much because they used lying as a survival tool when they were a kid.

When you are in a relationship with your significant other, have the mentality of “It’s us against the world”.

Always cherish your partner and make them feel safe.

Have a fulfilling individual life before seeking a partner.
