US Peace Plan: Russian Document Influence, Ukraine's Concerns

U.S. Peace Plan for Ukraine, Initially Backed by Russian Document, Undergoes ChangesThe U.S. proposed a 28-point peace plan for Ukraine, reportedly influenced by a Russian-authored document outlining Moscows peace conditions.
