US charges two men in Michigan over alleged ISIS-inspired plot

Two Michigan men, Mohmed Ali and Majed Mahmoud, were charged with plotting an ISIS-inspired attack in the US, purchasing firearms, and discussing attack plans online. At least five others were involved, but only Ali and Mahmoud face federal charges. The group planned to attack on Halloween, but the FBI intervened, preventing a possible act of violence. The investigation continues as legal representation for the suspects remains unclear. The Daily News Now! — Every city. Every story. AI-powered. Hosted on Acast.
