Trump's Surprising Meeting with Mamdani

In an unexpected turn of events, President Trump and New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani engaged in a surprisingly amicable meeting in the Oval Office, despite their past public disagreements. The encounter, initially anticipated as a fiery confrontation, unfolded more like a date night than a fight night. Despite their history of animosity, the two men engaged in jokes and amiable conversation, with Trump even denying viewing Mamdani as a jihadist and describing him as a very rational person. This unexpected display of cordiality has left many observers surprised and has led some in the Democratic movement to view Mamdani as a potential key to reversing their partys struggles against Trumps Republicans.
