Settler Attacks Escalate in West Bank

On November twelfth, a significant escalation of violence occurred in the occupied West Bank, with dozens of Israeli settlers launching arson attacks on a Palestinian warehouse, a Bedouin village, and farmland. This surge in settler violence coincides with the olive harvest season, resulting in several Palestinian injuries. The United Nations reported the highest number of violent attacks by settlers in nearly two decades last month. Israeli police arrested four suspects, and Israeli President Isaac Herzog condemned the violence. This large-scale attack marks a rare instance of Israeli law enforcement acting against settler violence, which has dramatically increased since early October. The Daily News Now! — Every city.
