Golden Globes Snub Political Podcasts

The Golden Globes introduce a new category: Best Podcast, nominating Armchair Expert, Call Her Daddy, Good Hang, The Mel Robbins Podcast, SmartLess, and Up First. Notable omissions include The Joe Rogan Experience, Pod Save America, and Morbid. The decision to exclude controversial podcasts is likely due to the Globes desire to avoid political controversy. Early reactions to the snubs are mild, with no direct response from the hosts. The inclusion of podcasts in the Golden Globes is seen as a positive step, but some experts believe the selection process could be more inclusive. The Daily News Now! — Every city. Every story.
