Congo President's US Visit: Peace Deal with Rwanda

Congolese President Felix Tshisekedi and Rwandan President Paul Kagame are set to sign a peace agreement in the US, aiming to end the conflict in eastern Congo. The deal hinges on Rwanda stopping support for M23 rebels, who have taken control of major cities and worsened a humanitarian crisis. Congo insists on no integration of M23 fighters and withdrawal of Rwandan troops, while Rwanda denies support and emphasizes commitment from all parties for lasting peace.
