Anglican Archbishop Suspended Over Misconduct Allegations

Archbishop Stephen Wood, top leader of the Anglican Church in North America, suspended from ministry amid sexual misconduct allegations. The decision comes after a period of upheaval within the church, following the resignation of the previous dean and the formation of the denomination in 2009 due to differing views on liberalizing trends. The suspension does not imply guilt or innocence, and a board has been formed to investigate the matter. The Daily News Now! — Every city. Every story. AI-powered. Hosted on Acast.
