NFC West Division Preview: Best Bets & Fantasy Thoughts | Old-Fashioned Football (Ep. 243)

Old Fashioned Football previews the 2026 NFC West with JMark and Mir. They are joined by 49ers fans Hot Rod Villagomez (@rjvillagomez) and Nick Fortune (@Fortune78x). They discuss the division’s strength and key storylines, including Seattle coming off a Super Bowl win with roster turnover and a new OC, betting the Seahawks under 10.5 wins. The Rams’ win-now moves (adding Miles Garrett and Trent McDuffie) make them the favorite, with the panel liking the over and viewing them as Super Bowl contenders. For San Francisco, they cover offseason drama, injuries, additions like Mike Evans and Christian Kirk, and strong interest in the 49ers over 10.5 wins and a division sprinkle. Arizona is viewed as a rebuild with low expectations, with most avoiding Cardinals in fantasy beyond Trey McBride and Jeremiyah Love.
