The Cricket Collective - England Humbled In World Cup Opener & Mullaney Stands Downs As Notts Captain

Neil Manthorp is joined by the former England fast bowler Steve Harmison to look back at the opening round of games at the Cricket World Cup. They ask how worried should England fans be following their heavy 9-wicket defeat to New Zealand in their opening game of the tournament, and they also hear from the England captain Jos Buttler. They debate Australia's defeat to India and whether they'll make it to the semi-finals with just one frontline spinner, and they reflect on South Africa registering a world record total at a World Cup, and hear from their legendary captain Graeme Smith. Elsewhere, the Nottinghamshire all-rounder Steven Mullaney joins the show to reflect on standing down as captain, and they bring you the weekly feature - the final word!
