Cy: Yn awyr glir parc cenedlaethol Eryri, roedd golygfeydd yr hen fynyddoedd yn cymryd anadl.
En: In the clear sky of Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri, the views of the ancient mountains were breathtaking.
Cy: Roedd y llecyn yn brysur gyda pheraroglau blodau gwyllt a sain cyson y gwynt.
En: The area was bustling with the fragrance of wildflowers and the constant sound of the wind.
Cy: Ar y llwybr tuag at ben yr Wyddfa, roedd Rhian a'i ffrind, Eilir, yn cerdded tra roedd y haul yn dwymu eu horymdaith.
En: On the path towards the summit of Yr Wyddfa, Rhian and her friend, Eilir, were walking as the sun warmed their march.
Cy: "Ni allaf aros i weld y machlud o'r brig," meddai Rhian, ei llygad yn sgleinio gyda brwdfrydedd.
En: "I can't wait to see the sunset from the peak," said Rhian, her eyes gleaming with excitement.
Cy: Roedd hi wedi bod yn dyheu am y foment hon ers wythnosau.
En: She had been longing for this moment for weeks.
Cy: "Mae'n well i ni fynd yn ofalus," atebodd Eilir, yn cludo'r cit cymorth cyntaf gyda'i foch yn dechrau cochi.
En: "We better be careful," replied Eilir, carrying the first aid kit with her cheeks beginning to flush.
Cy: Roedd hi bob amser yn fwy pragmataidd, yn poetâl am faterion ymarferol.
En: She was always more pragmatic, attentive to practical matters.
Cy: Roedden nhw'n dringo'n sioncr hyd yn hyn hyd nes i droed Rhian slymio ar ffurfiad caregog.
En: They were climbing briskly until Rhian's foot slipped on a rocky formation.
Cy: Roedd cyrcyn sydyn yn cyflymu hyd ei ffêr, a syrthiodd yn eistedd.
En: A sudden jolt hurried up her ankle, and she fell into a sitting position.
Cy: "Wrth gwrs, i mi!" gwaeddodd Rhian, poen yn crasu drwy ei choes.
En: "Of course, to me!" Rhian exclaimed, pain searing through her leg.
Cy: Rhoddodd droed ar lawr yn ofalus, ond dyna pan deimlodd rywbeth anghywir.
En: She placed her foot carefully on the ground, but that's when she felt something was wrong.
Cy: Ei ffêr, yn ddiffygiol bellach yn gefnogaeth.
En: Her ankle, now deficient as support.
Cy: Eisteddodd Eilir yn syth, gosod llaw ysgafn ar ei hysgwydd.
En: Eilir immediately sat down, placing a gentle hand on her shoulder.
Cy: "Mae'n rhaid i ni droi yn ôl. Mae'n rhy beryglus dros ben i fynd ymhellach."
En: "We have to turn back. It's too dangerous to continue."
Cy: Roedd Rhian yn dal i fod yn benderfynol, yr uchelgais o weld y machlud yn sownd yn ei chalon.
En: Rhian was still determined, the ambition to see the sunset stuck in her heart.
Cy: "Ond ni allaf golli'r machlud," protestiodd hi.
En: "But I can't miss the sunset," she protested.
Cy: "Mae mwy o fynyddoedd i'w gweld," mewn meddwl tawel Eilir.
En: "There are more mountains to see," Eilir thought calmly.
Cy: "Cymer dy amser, edrych o fan is. Mae am dro fan hyn yn werthfawr hefyd."
En: "Take your time, look from a lower spot. This journey here is valuable too."
Cy: Gydag efelychiad, cymerodd Rhian yr awgrym i ffwrdd o'i phryderon.
En: With resignation, Rhian took the suggestion away from her worries.
Cy: Gyda chymorth Eilir, symudasant i bwynt uchder isel, darpar lle i wylio'r haul yn prysur arfer ei gartref mewn lliwiau ag amrannau parhaol.
