Sl: Vroč poletni veter je nezadržno pihal skozi ozke piranske ulice.
En: The hot summer wind relentlessly blew through the narrow streets of Piran.

Sl: Ljudje so se sprehajali med starimi zgradbami, občudovali čudovite razglede na modro Jadransko morje.
En: People strolled among the old buildings, admiring the beautiful views of the blue Adriatic Sea.

Sl: Po mestu so odmevali veseli glasovi, ko so se turisti in domačini mešali na ulicah.
En: Joyful voices echoed throughout the town as tourists and locals mingled in the streets.

Sl: V enem od starih kamnitih poslopij, kjer so ob oknih plapolale bele zavese, se je zbrala skupina mladih na poletnem jezikovnem taboru, ki ga je pripravljala univerza.
