Sl: Kaplje dežja so potale na okna starega stanovanja v Kamniku.
En: Raindrops trickled down the windows of the old apartment in Kamnik.

Sl: Miran je stal v kuhinji, skrbel je za govejo župco.
En: Miran stood in the kitchen, tending to the beef soup.

Sl: Na njegovem obrazu je bil videti rahlo zaskrbljen izraz.
