Sk: Na bratislavskom trhu so starými knihami sa len máloktoré stánky tešia takému záujmu ako Marekov.
En: At the Bratislava market with old books, few stalls enjoy as much interest as Marek's.
Sk: Marek s očami iskriacimi zvedavosťou hľadal v každom zožltnutom liste históriu, tajomstvá a príbehy, ktoré ešte neboli rozpovedané.
En: Marek, with eyes sparkling with curiosity, searched in every yellowed page for history, secrets, and stories that had yet to be told.
Sk: Vedľa neho kráčala Zuzana, mladá študentka histórie.
En: Walking beside him was Zuzana, a young history student.
En: She didn't come there to shop, but specifically to Marek's stall, to get materials for her research on Slovak folklore.
Sk: Marekov stánok vonial knihami, ktorých príbeh nedokázali zaprášiť ani roky.
En: Marek's stall smelled of books whose stories couldn't be dusted over even by years.
Sk: Jedného jarného dňa, keď slnko svietilo tak teplo, že vyvolávalo úsmevy na tvárach ľudí, Marek otvoril obzvlášť starú, zapadnutú knihu.
En: One spring day, when the sun shone so warmly it elicited smiles on people's faces, Marek opened an especially old, forgotten book.
En: As the pages unraveled under his fingers, a small piece of paper fell to the ground among the creases of the leaves.
Sk: Okamžite zaujal jeho pozornosť.
En: It immediately caught his attention.
En: The paper was old, but it had symbols on it that he didn't recognize.
Sk: "Čo to je?
En: "What is it?"
En: Zuzana asked when she noticed Marek's gaze hovering.
Sk: Bol to útržok papiera so záhadnými symbolmi.
En: It was a scrap of paper with mysterious symbols.
Sk: "Myslím, že je to niečo dôležité.
En: "I think it's something important.
Sk: Možno tajný odkaz," Marek zašepkal.
En: Maybe a secret message," Marek whispered.
Sk: "Zuzana, potrebuje tvoju pomoc.
En: "Zuzana, I need your help."
Sk: "Obaja sa pustili do bádania.
En: Both of them began to investigate.
Sk: Zuzana, hoci najskôr zdráhavá, sa chytila úlohy s rovnakou zvedavosťou.
En: Zuzana, though initially hesitant, took on the task with equal curiosity.
En: Together, they compared the symbols with a multitude of books available at the market.
Sk: Každú chvíľu niečo odhaľovali.
En: Every moment, they uncovered something.
Sk: Tieto záhady ich viedli až k zadnej časti stánku.
En: These mysteries led them to the back of the stall.
Sk: Marek cítil tlak času, pretože majiteľ trhu plánoval čoskoro predať staré knihy nezaťažené tajomstvom.
En: Marek felt the pressure of time because the market owner planned to sell off old books soon, unburdened by mystery.
Sk: Dokázali prečítať kód včas.
En: They managed to read the code in time.
Sk: Finálny odkaz ich viedol k miestnosti pri historickej časti trhu.
En: The final message led them to a room in the historic part of the market.
