Sk: Tatry boli tiché a ponuré, keď Matej, Katarína a Jozef ráno vyrazili na túru.
En: The Tatry mountains were quiet and gloomy when Matej, Katarína, and Jozef set out on their hike in the morning.

Sk: Jar bola v plnom prúde.
En: Spring was in full bloom.

Sk: Sneh sa topil a cesty boli plné blata.
En: The snow was melting, and the paths were muddy.

Sk: Matej rýchlym krokom kráčal po chodníku.
En: Matej walked briskly along the trail, hoping to impress Katarína with his courage.

Sk: Katarína išla trochu pomalšie.
