Ro: Într-o dimineață însorită de vară, când cerul părea pictat într-un albastru nesfârșit, Ionuț și prietenul său bun, Mihai, alergau pe străzile cartierului lor liniștit.
En: On a sunny summer morning, when the sky seemed painted in endless blue, Ionuț and his good friend, Mihai, were running through the streets of their quiet neighborhood.
Ro: Ferestrele caselor erau deschise, iar grădinile erau pline de flori colorate.
En: The windows of the houses were open, and the gardens were full of colorful flowers.
Ro: Aerul mirosea a frunze proaspăt tăiate și a grătare încins pe ici, pe colo.
