Lv: Vasaras saulgriežos Livonijas krastā valdīja dzīvīgums un svētku noskaņa.
En: At the summer solstice on the coast of Livonija, there was liveliness and a festive atmosphere.
Lv: Jāņi bija klāt, un visa krastmala bija izgaismota ar ugunskuriem.
En: The Jāņi celebration was here, and the entire shoreline was illuminated by bonfires.
Lv: Jūras vējš nesa līdzi sāļo smaržu un dziesmu skaņas, dabā valdīja nevainība un mierīgums.
En: The sea wind carried the salty scent and the sounds of songs; innocence and tranquility reigned in nature.
Lv: Renāte, jauna sieviete ar rudiem matiem un zinātkāru sirdi, stāvēja starp ciema ļaudīm, apņēmības pilna sajust savu sakņu elpu un pieskaroties sentēvu tradīcijām.
En: Renāte, a young woman with red hair and a curious heart, stood among the villagers, determined to feel the breath of her roots and touch the traditions of her ancestors.
Lv: "Es gribu justies piederīga," Renāte domāja, sajūtot siltuma vilni, kas pāršalca viņu pie ugunskura.
En: "I want to feel like I belong," Renāte thought, feeling a wave of warmth wash over her by the bonfire.
Lv: Viņa bija devusies uz Livonijas krastu, cerot atklāt savas dzimtas saknes un sajust piederību kā nekad agrāk.
En: She had come to the coast of Livonija, hoping to discover her family roots and experience belonging like never before.
Lv: Viņa vēlējās piedalīties līgošanā, dejās un baudīt latviešu tradicionālo ēdienu kopā ar vietējiem.
En: She wanted to participate in the festivities, the dances, and enjoy Latvian traditional food with the locals.
Lv: Taču Renāte nepazina visus vietējos ēdienus.
En: However, Renāte was not familiar with all the local dishes.
Lv: Viņa ar prieku nobaudīja kūpinātu zivju gabaliņu, ko Alise, smaidīga ciema sieviete, piedāvāja.
En: She happily tasted a piece of smoked fish that Alise, a smiling village woman, offered.
Lv: Zivs garša bija bagāta un iepriecinoša, taču drīz vien Renāte sāka justies neparasti.
En: The taste of the fish was rich and delightful, but soon Renāte began to feel unusual.
Lv: Viņas kakls kļuva silts un niezošs, un pirksti sākās tirpt.
En: Her throat became warm and itchy, and her fingers started to tingle.
Lv: Viņa apjauta, ka piedzīvo alerģisku reakciju.
En: She realized that she was experiencing an allergic reaction.
Lv: Renāte kļuva noraizējusies un sāka uztraukties, vai viņa patiešām iederējās šajā ciemā.
En: Renāte became anxious and began to worry if she truly belonged in this village.
Lv: Bet viņa nevēlējās doties prom.
En: But she didn’t want to leave.
Lv: Tā vietā viņa meklēja palīdzību no Māra, ciema helera, kurš bija pazīstams ar saviem dabas līdzekļiem un garīgajiem stāstiem.
En: Instead, she sought help from Māris, the village healer known for his natural remedies and spiritual stories.
Lv: "Es nevaru elpot labi," viņa klusi sacīja Mārisam.
En: "I can’t breathe well," she quietly said to Māris.
Lv: Māris uzlūkoja viņu ar līdzjūtīgu skatienu.
En: Māris looked at her with a compassionate gaze.
Lv: "Nebaidies, mēs to sakārtosim," viņš teica, vedot viņu uz savu namiņu, kur aromāts vijās no žāvētu zāļu saišķiem, kas karājās pie griestiem.
En: "Don't worry, we'll sort this out," he said, leading her to his cottage, where the aroma of dried herbs hung from the ceiling.
Lv: Māris gatavoja zāļu tēju un izsmērēja ziedes, stāstot...
