Ga: Bhí Aoife, Cian, agus Ronan ar shiúlóid mhilis feadh na Dingle Peninsula.
En: Aoife, Cian, agus Ronan were on a sweet walk along the Dingle Peninsula.

Ga: Ba lá álainn é, an t-aer úr ag dul i bhfeidhm ar a gcroíthe.
En: It was a beautiful day, the fresh air lifting their spirits.

Ga: Bhí Aoife an-eagraithe.
En: Aoife was very organized.

Ga: Bhí sí tar éis an pícnic a ullmhú go cúramach.
En: She had carefully prepared the picnic.

Ga: Bhí sí ag iarraidh gach rud a dhéanamh foirfe.
En: She wanted everything to be perfect.

Ga: Ach bhí Cian socair ina chroí agus ag iarraidh spraoi a bheith aige.
En: But Cian was calm in his heart and wanted to have fun.

Ga: Ronan, ar an lámh eile, bhí sé fiosrach mar i gcónaí.
En: Ronan, on the other hand, was curious as always.

Ga: Grá mór aige do na hainmhithe agus bhí sé ag tnúth le lá spraoi leis na cairde.
En: He had a great love for animals and was looking forward to a fun day with friends.

Ga: Bhí na cnoic glasa ag síneadh amach os a gcomhair, lán de chaoirigh ag innilt.
En: The green hills stretched out before them, full of grazing sheep.

Ga: Bhí gach rud ciúin agus socair go dtí gur thosaigh iontas beag a thabhairt féin.
En: Everything was quiet and calm until a little surprise began to present itself.

Ga: Tháinig caora as áit ar bith agus shúil sí díreach i dtreo aoife agus a bord piocnic.
En: A sheep came out of nowhere and walked straight towards Aoife and her picnic table.

Ga: "Ó, ní hé seo a bhí agamsa i gceist!
En: "Oh, this is not what I had in mind!"

Ga: " a dúirt Aoife, faoina anáil.
En: said Aoife, under her breath.

Ga: Ach bhí gliondar ar a hacmhainn mar a bhí súil leis ag Cian.
En: But Cian, as expected, was delighted at the opportunity.

Ga: D'éirigh Cian ag gáire, "Féach, partner saoire na n-ainmhithe!
En: Cian laughed, "Look, Partner of the animal kingdom!"

Ga: " Agus d'fhéach Ronan ar an gcaora, iontas aige.
En: And Ronan looked at the sheep, amazed.

Ga: Rinne Aoife iarracht an caora a dhíbirt, ach d'éirigh sí as go tapa.
En: Aoife tried to shoo the sheep away, but she quickly gave up.

Ga: Bhreathnaigh sí ar a cairde ag caint leis an gcaora.
En: She watched her friends talking to the sheep.

Ga: I gceartlár an caos beag seo, thuig Aoife rud éigin.
En: In the midst of this little chaos, Aoife realized something.

Ga: Uaireanta, b'fhearr scaoileadh leis an bplean agus ligint don spraoi teacht ar an mbealach ar bith a bhí beartaithe aige.
En: Sometimes, it's better to let go of the plan and let the fun come in its own way.

Ga: Socraigh sí a bheith páirteach.
En: She decided to join in.

Ga: D'éirigh sí as a dtreoir allas-áithnithe ar feadh nóimead agus lig sí an gáire ag teacht amach.
En: She gave up her predetermined guidance for a moment and let the laughter flow out.

Ga: Thosaigh siad go léir ag teilgean aráin níos faide uathu.
En: They all started throwing bread farther away.

Ga: Rinne siad cairdeas leis an gcaora, ag gáire agus ag tuisleáil ina ndícheall.
En: They befriended the sheep, laughing and stumbling in their efforts.

Ga: Faoi dheireadh an lae, bhí an triúr acu ar dhreach an tsléibhe, an caora ag fãgáil cúpla bonnán a chroí acu.
En: By the end of the day, the three of them were on the mountain’s ridge, the...
