En: Tallinna Old Town was full of joyful music, laughter, and excitement by the end of summer.
Et: Kõrged kitsad tänavad kandsid vanade majade peegeldust, nende kivised kivid tundsid tuhandeid samme.
En: The tall, narrow streets bore the reflections of old buildings, their stony cobbles having felt thousands of footsteps.
En: Maarika, Joonas, and Kadri moved through the festival's excitement.
En: They were best friends, and this summer performance was the event they had long awaited.
Et: Maarika vaatas kõike säravate silmadega.
En: Maarika looked at everything with sparkling eyes.
Et: Tema sees põles alati seiklusiha.
En: Her heart always burned with a thirst for adventure.
En: "Shall we go see this surprise band?" suggested Maarika as a colorful parade passed by them.
Et: Joonas raputas pead.
En: Joonas shook his head.
Et: "Peame koos püsima. Rahvas on suur," ütles ta murelikult.
En: "We must stick together. The crowd is big," he said worriedly.
Et: Tema oli praktiline, alati ettevaatlik sõber.
En: He was the practical, always cautious friend.
Et: Kadri, kujuteldavas maailmas uitamas, hüppas ülespoole: "Vaata! Selle bändi muusika viib mind mujale! Kas keegi meist teab neid?" vastas ta unistavalt.
En: Kadri, wandering in an imaginary world, jumped up: "Look! The music of this band takes me elsewhere! Does anyone of us know them?" she replied dreamily.
Et: Joonas aga seisis kindlalt paigal.
En: But Joonas stood firmly still.
Et: "Koos püsime," kordas ta.
En: "We stick together," he repeated.
En: She loved her friends, but her spirit longed for freedom.
Et: Mõte uuest bändist kutsus teda seiklema.
En: The thought of the new band called her to adventure.
En: "I'll be right back!" shouted Maarika and plunged into the crowd.
Et: Ta ei oodanud vastuseid, ainult vabadust.
En: She did not wait for answers, only freedom.
En: For a long time, accompanied by the sounds of new music, she felt free, but then she suddenly realized she no longer recognized the twists of the familiar streets.
En: The crowd closed in on both sides, and Maarika paused, feeling the churn of opposition in her stomach.
En: Her heart pounded as she tried to find her friends.
En: The music grew louder, and Maarika felt small in the large crowd, trying to understand just how vast Tallinna Old Town really was.
