Cs: V podzemním bunkru bylo klidné ticho.
En: In the underground bunker, there was a peaceful silence.
Cs: Jen vítr venku občas zahučel.
En: Only the wind occasionally howled outside.
Cs: Jiri stál u dřevěného stolu, na kterém byly rozloženy mapy a seznamy.
En: Jiri stood by the wooden table on which maps and lists lay spread out.
Cs: Svítilo jen slabé světlo žárovky, které vrhalo stíny na betonové stěny.
En: Only a dim light from a bulb illuminated, casting shadows on the concrete walls.
Cs: Jiri si stiskl rty, zamyšlený nad nadcházejícím bouřlivým počasím.
En: Jiri pressed his lips together, pondering over the upcoming stormy weather.
Cs: „Myslím, že to trochu přeháníš, Jiri,“ řekl Vojtech, pohodlně opřený o zábradlí v rohu místnosti.
En: "I think you're overdoing it a bit, Jiri," said Vojtech, comfortably leaning against the railing in the corner of the room.
Cs: „Bouře už tu byly dřív a svět stále stojí.
En: "Storms have been here before, and the world still stands."
Cs: “Jiri vzdychl.
En: Jiri sighed.
Cs: „Nechci nic riskovat.
En: "I don't want to risk anything.
Cs: Musíme se připravit.
En: We need to be prepared.
Cs: Lidé nám věří.
En: People trust us."
Cs: “Katerina, stojící mezi oběma muži, přikývla.
En: Katerina, standing between both men, nodded.
Cs: „Vojtechu, Jiri má pravdu.
En: "Vojtech, Jiri is right.
Cs: Nemůžeme podcenit, co může přijít.
En: We can't underestimate what might come."
Cs: “Vojtech se zamračil, ale neřekl nic.
En: Vojtech frowned but said nothing.
Cs: Jiri pokračoval v kontrole zásob.
En: Jiri continued checking supplies.
Cs: Konzervované jídlo, voda, přikrývky – vše bylo seřazeno na policích.
En: Canned food, water, blankets—everything was arranged on the shelves.
Cs: Ale stále mu něco chybělo: jistota, že vše dopadne dobře.
En: But something was still missing: the certainty that everything would turn out well.
Cs: „Potřebujeme spolupracovat,“ pokračovala Katerina.
En: "We need to cooperate," Katerina continued.
Cs: „Je důležité být připravený.
En: "It's important to be prepared."
Cs: “Odpoledne, zatímco se zvenčí ozvaly první kapky deště, Vojtech pomohl Jirimu přinést další zásoby.
En: In the afternoon, as the first drops of rain fell outside, Vojtech helped Jiri bring in more supplies.
Cs: Pomalu začínal chápat, že opatrnost má své místo.
En: He slowly began to understand that caution has its place.
Cs: „Víš, Jiri,“ přiznal Vojtech, zatímco skládal konzervy.
En: "You know, Jiri," Vojtech admitted while stacking cans.
Cs: „Možná to máš promyšlené lépe, než jsem si myslel.
En: "Maybe you've thought this through better than I imagined."
Cs: “Jiri se usmál, přesto neklidně.
En: Jiri smiled, though still uneasy.
Cs: „Uvidíme, až přijde moment pravdy.
En: "We'll see when the moment of truth comes."
Cs: “S příchodem večera se nebe zatáhlo a vítr zesílil.
En: By evening, the sky had clouded over and the wind intensified.
Cs: Bouře začala dříve, než očekávali.
En: The storm started sooner than they had expected.
Cs: Ve spěchu se všichni shromáždili v bunkru.
En: In a hurry, everyone gathered in the bunker.
Cs: Bili deštěm poslouchali hřmění.
