En: The air was damp and heavy, and the smell of the sea mixed with the threat of rain.
En: It was November 1st, All Saints' Day – a special day for remembering the dead.
Hr: Ana je došla ispuniti zadnju želju svoje bake.
En: Ana had come to fulfill her grandmother's last wish.
En: Dark clouds passed through the sky, and the wind howled through the old streets.
En: Ana tightened the warm jacket around herself and headed towards the harbor.
En: Her goal was to reach the hidden cove where her grandmother long cherished the tranquility of the sea.
Hr: U luci ju je čekao Ivan, stari ribar.
En: In the harbor, Ivan, an old fisherman, was waiting for her.
Hr: Oduvijek je poznavao Aninu baku.
En: He had always known Ana's grandmother.
En: Ivan was a man with a face covered in wrinkles, which told stories of many storms.
Hr: "Dobro jutro, Ana," pozdravio ju je Ivan.
En: "Good morning, Ana," Ivan greeted her.
Hr: "Jesi li sigurna da danas želiš ići?"
En: "Are you sure you want to go today?"
Hr: "Moram, Ivane.
En: "I must, Ivane.
Hr: Ovo je važan dan.
En: This is an important day.
En: This was my grandmother's wish," replied Ana, even though doubt whispered loudly in her mind.
Hr: Vjetar se pojačao, bacajući sol u zrak.
En: The wind picked up, tossing salt into the air.
Hr: "Ovo je opasna oluja.
En: "This is a dangerous storm.
Hr: Ali ako si stvarno odlučila, pomoći ću ti.
En: But if you've truly decided, I'll help you.
En: I know these waters better than anyone," said Ivan with determination.
En: The thought of uncertainty beyond the dark sea was frightening.
Hr: Ali gledajući Ivanov ozbiljan i topao pogled, konačno je rekla, "U redu, hajde."
En: But looking into Ivan's serious and warm gaze, she finally said, "Alright, let's go."

En: They jumped into the small boat, and the waves had already started dancing around them.
Hr: Ispred njih, more je bilo pobješnjelo, a vjetar je udarao sve jače.
En: Ahead, the sea was furious, and the wind lashed ever stronger.
En: The boat bounced on the waves, and her heart raced.
En: As they approached the cove, the day slowly dawned.
