Hr: Zvono na vratima malenog kafića zazvonilo je kad su Andrej i Miro ušli, tražeći mjesto za odmor u srcu starog grada Dubrovnika.
En: The bell on the door of the small kafića rang as Andrej and Miro entered, looking for a place to rest in the heart of the old town of Dubrovnik.

Hr: Drvene stolice i stolovi davali su kafiću ugodan, rustikalan izgled, dok je miris svježe pečenih kolačića ispunjavao zrak.

Hr: "Vaša imena su na popisu," inzistirala je konobarica, ponovno provjeravajući listu.
