Hr: Cesta je vijugala uz obalu, sunce je zalazilo, obasjavajući more zlatnim svjetlom.
En: The road wound along the coast, the sun setting and bathing the sea in golden light.

Hr: Ivana je sjedila u autu pokraj Marka, promatrajući valove kako se razbijaju o stijene.
En: Ivana sat in the car next to Marko, watching the waves crash against the rocks.

Hr: Dalmatinska jesen bila je prelijepa; zrak svjež i pun mirisa maslina i vina.
En: The Dalmatian autumn was beautiful; the air fresh and full of the scent of olives and wine.

Hr: "Ivana, požurimo! Moramo stići do vinograda prije zalaska," inzistirao je Marko, držeći se volana čvrsto.
