En: The sun gently shone through the branches of the pines, enticing with warmth to the Chernihivski Skity.
En: Olesya, a teacher seeking peace, inhaled the aroma of fresh air mixed with myrrh and incense.
En: She left behind the hustle and bustle of the city to find inner peace in this secluded corner of Ukraine.
En: Olesya always felt that she was not good enough for the world.
En: This feeling constantly haunted her, even in moments of rest.
En: On this summer day, when the monastery bells in the distance called for lunch, she decided to visit the nearby market.
En: The bazaar bustled with colorful stalls filled with fragrant herbs, honey, and the works of local craftsmen.
En: Olesya felt a weight on her heart as she passed by the stalls.
En: She stopped at a shop where a young man, Maksym, was selling his hand-carved wooden items.
En: All his items were unique, but Olesya's eye was immediately caught by a simple wooden cross.
En: She felt that this cross could become the symbol she was missing on her path to inner peace.
En: Maksym, smiling sweetly, approached her: "This cross is blessed.
Uk: Він особливий.
En: It is special."
En: Olesya looked at the price, and her heart sank.
En: She knew she didn't have enough money.
En: But something whispered to her: trust yourself.
En: Olesya, trying not to reveal her embarrassment, began to bargain: "Perhaps you could lower the price?
En: I don't have much."
En: Maksym pondered and visibly hesitated.
En: But, in the end, his heart softened.
En: "Let's do it like this," he said, "You'll get the cross for this price because I feel it's truly needed for you."
En: With a smile,...
