Story Transcript:

En: Autumn had painted the mountains in various shades of yellow and red.

En: The leaves were gently falling, creating a carpet of colors along the paths of this sanctuary for peace of mind.

En: This was a place where people came to find themselves, far from the city's noise.

En: Among them were Miloš and Lazar, two old friends, now together again at a spiritual retreat.

En: Miloš was a journalist.

En: His life was chaotic and scentless like the urban dust he inhaled daily.

En: He came here to find himself, but he was skeptical.

En: Lazar, on the other hand, was not just a pawn in the same chaos.

En: He had changed.

En: He became a mindfulness coach and found his path to peace.

En: "Hello, old friend," Lazar said, smiling warmly as he entered the wooden meditation house.

En: Miloš just looked at him and shrugged.

En: "Let's see if this can work for me."

En: Hours later, they were on a large grassy area, surrounded by trees and the silence occasionally interrupted only by the sound of the wind.

En: Lazar led the group through breathing exercises and meditation, but Miloš remained skeptical.

En: His mind wandered, refusing to focus on the present moment.

En: "Just allow yourself to ask your mind," suggested Lazar, attempting to encourage him.

En: Miloš sighed but decided to try, if only out of respect for his friend.

En: The next day, during a guided meditation, Miloš felt something unusual.

En: As he listened to Lazar's voice and closed his eyes, images from the past began to surface.

En: He saw himself working tirelessly, neglecting everything that truly mattered to him.

En: He felt the furrow across his forehead ease.

Sr: То...
