Ko: Bukchon
En: Winter arrived at Bukchon hanok Village.
En: The alleys covered in snow were quiet and boasted a serene beauty.
En: On a peaceful day like this, Sujin headed to her pottery workshop.
En: She was passionate about preserving traditional crafts, but standing alone sometimes felt a bit lonely.
En: "Sujin!" Jisoo cheerfully called as she opened the workshop door.
En: Jisoo ran the workshop here with other friends.
En: Today was a special day.
En: It was the day when guests who wanted to experience traditional crafts gathered, once a month.
En: At that moment, a man named Mino cautiously opened the door and came in.
En: He was a travel blogger exploring Korean culture.
En: Mino shyly waved his hand in greeting.
En: "Hello, I’m Mino. I came to learn about Korean traditional crafts."
En: At first, Sujin hesitated a bit.
En: It wasn't easy to open up to someone unfamiliar.
En: However, there was sincerity in Mino's eyes.
En: "Hello, I’m Sujin. I'll teach you how to make pottery."
En: Sujin began explaining the basics of pottery to Mino.
En: "First, you need to soften the clay and shape it as you desire."
En: Mino listened intently to Sujin's explanation and clumsily but earnestly moved his hands.
En: That night, Sujin shared her thoughts with Jisoo over tea.
En: "Jisoo, should I show Mino my work?"
En: Jisoo smiled and said, "Sometimes, you have to open your heart to gain more."
En: The following day, Sujin decided to show Mino her creations.
En: "Mino, these are what I've made."
En: Mino admired the pieces.
En: "They're really beautiful. Did you make these yourself?"
En: As they crafted pottery together, they gradually started to converse more.
En: Mino said he wanted to find the true face of Korea to share on his blog.
En: Sujin felt his sincerity.
En: "Would you like to join my family for Seollal, the Korean New Year?"
En: Finally, on the day of Seollal, Mino spent a joyful time with Sujin's family.
En: They made songpyeon together and prepared...
