Ca: El vent fred bufava per la vall dels Pirineus, arrossegant les fulles grogues i taronja dels arbres que envoltaven la granja familiar.
En: The cold wind blew through the vall dels Pirineus, sweeping the yellow and orange leaves from the trees surrounding the family farm.

Ca: Era tardor, i la família es preparava per a la gran trobada anual de la collita.
En: It was autumn, and the family was preparing for the big annual harvest gathering.

Ca: A la granja, el cel de la tarda estava ple de colors daurats mentre el sol s'amagava darrere les muntanyes.
En: At the farm, the afternoon sky was filled with golden colors as the sun hid behind the mountains.

Ca: Carles, Marta i Gemma es reunien a l'entrada de la casa de pedra antiga.
