Peace in Politics: Loving people we disagree with

Love is the best way forward if you desire to walk in peace throughout this political season. When Jesus said the greatest commandments are “love your God with all your heart” and “love your neighbor as yourself,” he added no addendum for the political season. This guided prayer focuses on loving people you disagree with and doing good to those who oppose and even hate you. It reminds us to love God wholeheartedly and to treat others as we would like to be treated.
