We love Dave Ramsey and the Baby Steps—but after years of coaching, we kept seeing the same missing piece: people were told what to do without being shown how to build a budget that works in real life.

In this episode, we’re breaking down why the “scorched earth” approach can leave budget besties feeling overwhelmed, paralyzed, and like they’ve failed. We share how a personalized budget can help you pay off debt, build wealth, enjoy your life, and still keep the pumpkin spice lattes.

You’ll also learn why separating bills from spending, creating digital savings buckets, and choosing a debt strategy based on your actual goals can make budgeting feel simpler, clearer, and much more doable.
