Soul Sessions: September 2026 Numerology: The Capstone Month & the Power of the 1 Year

September is the capstone month of numerology — the ninth month landing inside a 1 Universal Year (2026), amplified by the energy of 10.

In this episode, Amanda Rieger Green breaks down why this month accelerates new beginnings, self-authorship, and identity, and why so much closure has shown up in a year that's supposed to be about starting fresh.

She unpacks the shadow side of the 1 (urgency, busyness for its own sake), the meaning of the 0 as pure potential and higher consciousness, and how to recognize what's still emerging in you from the last nine-year cycle (going back to 2017, the last 10 Year).

Amanda also shares how the body is processing accelerated energetic shifts, why the small moments — not the big dramatic ones — carry the most data about where your life force wants to go, and what to expect as September, October, and November build toward each other.

Plus: how to find your personal year and personal month for September, and details on Amanda's Frequency Field fall bundle for anyone wanting to go deeper in community.
