Soul Sessions: How to Clear Your Aura & Strengthen Energetic Boundaries (Guided Visualization)

We are constantly transferring energy—whether we are in a physical room with others or scrolling through social media. This constant exchange can leave our "auric field" feeling heavy, cluttered, or static. In this episode of Soul Sessions, Amanda Rieger Green explains why energetic hygiene is just as vital as physical hygiene for maintaining your authenticity, integrity, and intuitive clarity.

Amanda leads a restorative guided visualization to help you reclaim your space. You’ll learn how to use your consciousness and imagination to build a "force field" of clear intelligence that protects your health, vitality, and wellness.

Key Takeaways:

• The Concept of "Energetic Gunk": Understanding how virtual and physical environments impact your vibration.
• Somatic Release: Using simple physical movements and breath to prepare the body for deep visualization.
• The Auric Egg: A step-by-step guide to scanning, infusing, and shrinking your field to sit 6–8 inches from your body for maximum protection.
• Earth Anchoring: How to siphon your energy through the chakras and anchor it into the Earth’s iron core crystal.

Why Use This Practice? Use this anytime you feel "off," before big social interactions, or at night to integrate your daily experiences before entering the astral plane during sleep.
