Mountains Are Worth The Climb. Amy’s Salsa Chicken. Necklaces You Need. Bucket List Trips. (5th Thing)

Welcome to the '5th Thing' with Amy & Kat!! Today’s quote is: “I know you have a big mountain to climb right now. And it’s scary and intimidating and seemingly almost impossible. But the beautiful irony of this, is that by the end, this will probably have you feeling more alive than any other mountain before this. You are going to surprise yourself.” This led to a whole conversation around altitude (for dummies) because Amy was recently in Colorado climbing mountains. Amy also read some emails from listeners: a couple of them talking about Amy’s infamous Chicken Salsa/Salsa Chicken recipe (this simple dinner ended up being a ‘God tap’ for one listener in particular!!) & another asking about a locket necklace Amy has been wearing with her Star Necklace (both linked below!) Then Amy & Kat shared their bucket list trips!
