Amy’s 5-Minute Walking Meditation: Find Calm & Clarity on the Move

Amy has been meditating for almost 2 years now. The last few weeks she’s been doing walking meditations and they’ve been so helpful. As she thought about this week’s 4 Things episode, a few words came to mind: relief from overwhelm!! For a lot of us, the news about the hurricanes has caused a sense of helplessness and for those that are directly impacted, the stress is unimaginable.
