FOF #2898 - The King of Drag Cakes, Josué Luciano

Although drag queens are known for working the runway sweetie, who is to say the art of drag can’t make a twirl in your bakery display case? Okay. Yes girl, spin Miss Swiss Buttercream, frosted for the gods!

Wait- you think drag and pastries don’t mix? They do if it’s DragCakes on Instagram. Created by pastry artist Josué Luciano, drag cakes are edible delights that pay homage to some of the greatest moments in drag.

Today Josué Luciano, the king of drag cakes joins us to take a look at his elaborate confectionery creations inspired by legendary drag queens and great moments in pop music, from Lady Gaga to RuPaul, from the spectacular wigs and outfits worn by your favorite queens to the edible nipple cupcakes inspired by Shea Coulée’s "Love the Skin You're In” challenge on All Stars 5.

Plus, the brief moment when sitting on cakes for equality and the website cake farts went viral.
