Ep 345 | Shannon Sharpe & Skip Bayless Provide Biblical Lesson on ‘Sticks and Stones’ Adage

“The ‘sticks and stones’ adage originated in a black, Christian newspaper during slavery as a reaction to white bigotry. It was a tool for black believers to reject and ignore the belittling and condescending comments hurled at them. The adage is a reminder to all believers that 'greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world.'” Jason says this is the lesson someone “needs to teach Shannon Sharpe before he lets Skip Bayless bait him into career suicide.” “Fearless” welcomes T.J. Moe into the studio again for some more discussions with Jason and “Fearless” contributor Royce White about the "Undisputed" mad men: Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe. Steve Kim, the "Korean Cosell,” is welcomed into the conversation to talk more about the NFL. The Manning brothers and Bill Simmons speculate that Tom Brady might return to New England. Interesting take, but what would Bill Belichick think about this? We want to hear from the Fearless Army!!
