Breaking News - Niburian Council EXPOSES Shocking US Presidential Election Prediction & Civil War

Jelaila Starr received a warning from the Niburian Council regarding a 90+% probability that the outcome of the US Presidential Election is going to be manipulated by the Deep State so as to create a civil war. The warning is designed to prevent such a war from occurring.

What follows is a short update by Starr where she discusses the precise nature of the Niburian Council warning and how a US civil war can be prevented.
